Science Fair 2021: Information For Prospective Judges

Please help us with judging at the Capital Regional Science & Engineering Fair. High schools and middle schools in Leon, Jefferson and Wakulla counties will send the winners of their school fairs to participate in the Capital Regional Fair. This year the Fair is virtual; judges will review single page .pdf files for the student presentation. Judging can be done remotely and will take place over several days. We will need 200 judges to interview and evaluate the projects of approximately 250 middle school and high school students who participate in the fair. Each project is entered in a specific scientific category. Teams of judges will interview students and select a winner and runners up for each category. Winners will proceed to state and possibly international competitions.

If you are interested in judging please click on the button below and complete and submit the Judge Registration Form. Please select all the categories you feel qualified to judge.

Once your form has been received, a notification will be sent to you via email. If you have any problems, please contact Bill Turner at

On behalf of the student participants, we would like to thank you in advance for considering this service opportunity.
Bill Turner, Judging Coordinator for the Capital Regional Science and Engineering Fair.
